      Human factor is the most spread cause of sea accidents and therefore Irbe Redereja the biggest value assigns to the personnel of the Ship that it would comply with the requirements of the STCW Convention, would be experienced and would comprehend the culture of safety and the sense of the words clean sea and that lives and works on the Ship in accordance with a good sea practice. The determination and evaluation of the possible risks, introduction of the International safety requirements, maintenance of the mechanisms and equipment of the Ship that is carried out by the qualified personnel decreases up to the minimum a possibility of arising of accidents and dangerous situations.

      Endeavours of Irbe Redereja are turned towards to the creation and maintenance of safe and environmentally friendly work conditions on the ships of the Company to ensure maximum protection for the peoples health and surrounding environment.
