Welcome to the Irbe Redereja homepage! We are the shipping company, whose dry cargo ship fleet carries marine shipments in the European waters from Baltic Sea to the Black Sea.
First Irbe Redereja ship was bought in the autumn of 2003 and it was given the name of m/v SKULTE, which also happens to be the name of a small and successful port in the Riga bay of the Baltic Sea. Ships of the Irbe R dereja travel under the flag of the Republic of Latvia, and our efforts are directed at the promotion of the good reputation of the Latvian shipping in the European waters. In order to be able to offer high quality marine cargo shipment and provide the safe and high quality technical condition of the ships, the company in the spring of year 2005 has received the Compliance Document of the ISM Convention and since then manages its ships itself. Document of Compliance and Certification in accordance with the requirements of the ISM Convention was carried out by The Latvian Maritime Administration.
